I hear some voices in my head

Do you hear them too?



Voices that do not let me think,

Do they restrain you too?



Voices that do not let me rest

Do they eat your peace too?



Voices that evoke guilt in me

Do they nudge your conscience too?



Voices that make me want to yell and scream

Do they create a lump in your throat too?



Voices that seem like a cry for help

Do they seem to implore you too?



Voices that caution me of the lies being told

Do they alert your mind too?



Voices that prevent me from voicing myself

Do they silence you too?



Voices that just do not let me be myself

Do they question your identity too?
