A mandala is a representation of the cosmos in a circular pattern that leads to a central point. The term mandala translates to “circle (mandal)” in Sanskrit. In most cultures, the circle is a symbol of oneness or wholeness, of new beginning and a state of completion or end.

Dot Mandala is a unique way of creating mandala with dots of different sizes and colours. It requires a lot of focus and perseverance to create each pattern. This artwork depicts the vicious circle of life involving various emotions and roles connoted by many circles, and our constant need to find a true companion as depicted by two leaves here which though similar, are different in some respects creating a perfect rhythm.
