Poem: Book of Life



On the blank page of life

I write a verse each day




Sometimes ecstatic

Sometimes dreary




Some pages filled with hope

Some pages wet with tears




Some words echoing my musings

Some words reflecting worldly virtues




But I never fail to inscribe each day

As I never fail to breathe each day!
