Nature’s Wrath

I had written this poem in response to a prompt with following rules:

A hurricane of countless emotions
Isn’t that what is nature’s wrath?
Earth’s experiencing a commotion
Didn’t we lead her to this path?

Stabbing the mountains, chopping the trees
We interfered with every being
Floods, earthquakes and tsunamis now seize
Isn’t it time that we quit chivvying?
