ALS NaPoWriMo Day 10 Prompt:
Write a poem from the perspective of any non-human creature or any object.” It could be any object, animal, flora, or other element of nature.
I have used the following quote by Rumi for my poem today:
“Stop acting so small, you are the Universe in ecstatic motion.”
Poem: I, The Universe
Stop acting so small, you are the Universe in ecstatic motion,
For I, the Universe, have no inception nor culmination,
Infinite, ever-evolving is my existence.
Trust me, dear humans, have faith in me,
I reside in you, and every other being,
I am the Universe, and every being embodies a part of my creation.
My depth more profound than galaxies and oceans,
Concealed within me are myriad mysteries of existence,
Unfathomable, inaccessible I may appear to you,
But you need to align your soul with mine,
To access the innumerable blessings of my abundance.
I echo your thoughts by manifesting your dreams,
I light your path in the dungeons of obscurity,
Infinite possibilities await you every moment,
You are exactly where you are meant to be,
Accept this moment, for that’s what you need!
Don’t undermine your potential,
Or fear impediments on your path,
You are much more abundant than your imagination,
I, the Universe, command you, dear human,
Stop acting so small, you are the Universe in ecstatic motion.
