NaPoWriMo Day 30:
Yay! We did it again!
I participated in NaPoWriMo hosted by three platforms this year and ended up writing 52 poems in the month of April! Thanks to everyone who took the time to read, like and comment my poems and also inspiring with their words. Congratulations to everyone who participated with their verses, no matter how many.
Here’s my second one to end this beautiful month of poetic verses as a note of gratitude to all fellow poets for sailing along!
Poem: A Poet’s Muse
A poem is the voice,
Voice of a poet’s heart
These voices are my muse
–
Some unsaid words,
Some unfelt emotions
I feel in your words
–
Our deepest desires,
Our encounter with fears
Your expression is my muse
–
Born out of ashes,
Pearls of emotions
These pearls grace my pen
–
Your perspective, your insights
Your words of appreciation,
Instill faith in my ink
–
On the blank page of life,
I inscribe some words each day,
These words are my muse

I loved these lines –

Some unfelt emotions
