Lillian hosted Poetics at dVerse this Tuesday. She has provided us with images captured by Hubble space telescope and wants us to write a poem seeking inspiration from any one picture. I have written this poem for the picture.

A life beyond the life
A world above the world
A celebration of existence
Of peace and persistence
A legacy of truth and light
A reign of comets and meteorite
An ecosphere of mysteries
An accretion and dispersion of gases
Glitterati of stars
Constellation of avatars
Where hope radiates in weightlessness
Coercing doubt into lifelessness
Where energy and luminosity
Is the essence of subsistence
Where our souls shall someday orbit
To permeate light to the morbid
YES! A wonderful post for this image! 🙂 So very glad you posted to the prompt. I especially love these lines
“Glitterati of stars
Constellation of avatars
Where hope radiates in weightlessness”
and thinking about someday, our souls orbiting in this luminosity!
Thanks dear Lillian! The images were irresistible:) Missed posting yesterday so did it first thing today. I hope my soul will also orbit someday and join the glitterati of stars 🙂 Thanks for your lovely words!
I love myself some glitterati… makes me think of gelato…
🙂 Thanks for reading

Some glittering, celestial, poetic images you’ve spun out of the visual. Loved the last verse. Well said! Wonderful poetry. <3
